Nersant visits Caima

A group of over 20 business leaders from the Associação Empresarial da Região de Santarém (Nersant) {Santarém Region Business Association} visited Caima as part of the Ribatejo Empreende programme. This initiative aims to serve as a platform for business leaders from the region to share their experiences, thereby encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship.

A group of over 20 business leaders from the Associação Empresarial da Região de Santarém (Nersant) {Santarém Region Business Association} visited Caima as part of the Ribatejo Empreende programme. This initiative aims to serve as a platform for business leaders from the region to share their experiences, thereby encouraging innovation and entrepreneurship.

The business leaders were welcomed and shown around by Caima’s factory manager, Gualter Vasco, who explained the recent changes the company has made to its production capacity, what it has done in terms of innovation and the practical result of this focus on diversifying the markets the company now supplies. He also emphasised how seriously Caima views its role as one of the largest employers in the district, in creating wealth and supporting social responsibility in the region.
