For many years, Caima has had a protocol on cooperation with the Constância Voluntary Fire Brigade. The basis of this protocol is to perform joint activities.

For many years, Caima has had a protocol on cooperation with the Constância Voluntary Fire Brigade. The basis of this protocol is to perform joint activities such as fire drills and to train perators to use fire-fighting equipment, amongst other things. According to Caima factory manager Gualter Vasco, “it is important to have close ties with the fire brigade”.

The company supports and sponsors some of the Constância Voluntary Fire Brigade’s needs. One of the most recent was the semi-rigid inflatable boat which needed to be equipped with a motor and control panel. Caima supported this cause and invested around six thousand Euros to reconvert the boat and satisfy the need identified by the Fire Brigade.
