I\u2019ve been with Altri for 7 years, since September 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What does your day-to-day involve at the company?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The days start with the daily kaizen meeting with the teams, where the plan for the main tasks of the day is outlined. Each day then evolves based on respective priorities. We have multiple ongoing improvement programs that require planning and task execution.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What motivates you in your role?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

It\u2019s a role with many challenges where no two days are the same. The opportunity to contribute improvements to the process is a constant motivation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Is there a moment at Altri that has stood out for you? Can you explain?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The recent replacement of one of the evaporator heat exchangers stands out. This moment allowed us to restore the evaporator\u2019s capacity and consequently increase the factory\u2019s production.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

How do you see the future of the company?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

I believe it will continue its path as a reference in sustainability and operational efficiency. Additionally, I think the future will increasingly involve product diversification, but always starting from a forest-based foundation.<\/p>\n","protected":false,"raw":"\n

Estou na Altri h\u00e1 7 anos, desde setembro de 2016.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

No que consiste o seu dia a dia na empresa?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Os dias come\u00e7am com a reuni\u00e3o de kaizen di\u00e1rio com as equipas, onde \u00e9 delineado o plano das principais tarefas do dia. Depois cada dia evolui em fun\u00e7\u00e3o das respetivas prioridades. Temos m\u00faltiplos programas de melhoria em curso que carecem de planeamento e execu\u00e7\u00e3o de tarefas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O que o motiva na sua fun\u00e7\u00e3o?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00c9 uma fun\u00e7\u00e3o com bastantes desafios em que n\u00e3o existem dois dias iguais. A oportunidade de contribuir com melhorias ao processo \u00e9 uma motiva\u00e7\u00e3o constante.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

H\u00e1 algum momento que o tenha marcado na Altri? Pode explicar?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

A recente substitui\u00e7\u00e3o de um dos permutadores da evapora\u00e7\u00e3o. Pois a partir desse momento permitiu repor a capacidade da evapora\u00e7\u00e3o e consequentemente aumentar a produ\u00e7\u00e3o da f\u00e1brica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Como olha para o futuro da empresa?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Considero que continuar\u00e1 o seu caminho enquanto refer\u00eancia em sustentabilidade e efici\u00eancia operacional.
